Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using All Jharkhand Driver Trade Union, a drive union platform operated by All Jharkhand Driver Trade Union ("us", "we", or "our").

सदस्यता नियम एवं शर्तें

1. स्वैच्छिक सदस्यता (Voluntary Membership)
सदस्य अपनी इच्छा से यूनियन की सदस्यता ग्रहण कर रहा है। उस पर किसी प्रकार का दबाव, बल प्रयोग या प्रलोभन नहीं दिया गया है।
The member is joining the Union voluntarily without any pressure, force, or inducement.
2. व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी (Personal Responsibility)
सदस्य द्वारा की गई किसी भी व्यक्तिगत गलती, अपराध, दुर्घटना, चालान, मुकदमा या कानूनी मामले के लिए यूनियन जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
The Union shall not be responsible for any personal mistake, offence, accident, traffic violation, legal case, or dispute involving a member.
3. कानूनों का पालन (Compliance with Laws)
सदस्य भारत सरकार, राज्य सरकार, यातायात नियमों तथा मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के सभी प्रावधानों का पालन करेगा।
Members shall comply with all applicable laws, traffic regulations, and provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
4. अनुशासन एवं आचरण (Discipline & Conduct)
सदस्य यूनियन के नाम पर किसी भी गैरकानूनी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होगा।
Members shall not engage in any unlawful activity in the name of the Union.
5. यूनियन के नाम का दुरुपयोग नहीं (No Misuse of Union Name)
सदस्य यूनियन के नाम, बैनर, पहचान पत्र (ID Card) या पद का उपयोग व्यक्तिगत लाभ, अवैध गतिविधियों अथवा राजनीतिक उद्देश्यों के लिए नहीं करेगा।
Members shall not misuse the Union’s name, banner, ID card, or position for personal gain, illegal activities, or political purposes.
6. पदाधिकारियों के निर्देश (Instructions of Office Bearers)
सदस्य अधिकृत यूनियन पदाधिकारियों द्वारा जारी वैध निर्देशों का पालन करेगा।
Members shall follow lawful instructions issued by authorized Union officials.
7. सदस्यता शुल्क (Membership Fee)
एक बार जमा किया गया सदस्यता शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
Membership fees once paid shall be non-refundable.
8. विवाद निवारण (Dispute Resolution)
विवाद की स्थिति में कार्यकारिणी समिति का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final and binding.
9. जानकारी की सत्यता (Accuracy of Information)
गलत या झूठी जानकारी पाए जाने पर सदस्यता रद्द की जा सकती है।
Membership may be cancelled if false information or documents are provided.
10. यूनियन का अधिकार (Union Rights)
संगठन के हित में सदस्यता निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार यूनियन को सुरक्षित रहेगा।
The Union reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the interest of the organization.
11. निष्क्रिय सदस्यता (Inactive Membership)
लगातार 3 माह तक निष्क्रिय रहने या शुल्क न जमा करने पर सदस्यता स्वतः समाप्त मानी जाएगी।
Membership may automatically lapse if a member remains inactive or fails to pay dues for three consecutive months.
12. गोपनीयता नीति (Privacy Policy)
सदस्यों की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी एवं दस्तावेज गोपनीय रखे जाएंगे।
Members’ personal information and documents shall be kept confidential.
13. संगठन निष्ठा एवं एकता (Union Loyalty & Unity)
सदस्य संगठन की एकता, गरिमा और हितों की रक्षा करेंगे।
Members shall uphold the unity, dignity, and interests of the Union.
14. सोशल मीडिया आचार संहिता (Social Media Policy)
संगठन के नाम का उपयोग कर भ्रामक या कानून-विरुद्ध सामग्री प्रकाशित नहीं की जाएगी।
Members shall not publish misleading or unlawful content using the Union’s name.
15. सम्मान नीति (Respect & Conduct Policy)
सभी सदस्यों को सम्मानजनक व्यवहार बनाए रखना होगा।
All members shall maintain respectful conduct towards others.
16. गोपनीय जानकारी संरक्षण (Confidential Information Protection)
आंतरिक बैठकों, योजनाओं और दस्तावेजों को बिना अनुमति साझा नहीं किया जाएगा।
Internal meetings, strategies, and documents shall not be disclosed without authorization.
17. अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई (Disciplinary Action)
नियमों के उल्लंघन पर चेतावनी, निलंबन या सदस्यता समाप्ति की कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of membership.
18. संशोधन का अधिकार (Right to Amend)
संगठन समय-समय पर इन नियमों में संशोधन कर सकता है।
The Union reserves the right to amend these rules when necessary.
19. सदस्य की सहमति (Member Declaration)
मैं घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि मैंने उपरोक्त सभी नियम एवं शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है तथा उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत हूँ।
I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above Membership Terms & Conditions.
